I support individuals and couples in reconnecting with their authentic selves—free from shame, judgment, or outdated beliefs. I celebrate the full spectrum of gender, sexuality, and relationship expression, and offer a welcoming space for all.

My work is grounded in both academic study and lived experience. I’m currently earning my PhD at the California Institute of Integral Studies, with a focus on sexual psychology and emotional well-being. I’m also a certified practitioner in several integrative approaches that help clients heal and grow, including:
